Our mentors don’t lecture—they lead by example. Girls are matched with women who share similar interests or experiences. Mentors receive training and follow a curated monthly guide to ensure their support stays consistent, engaging, and meaningful.
Mentorship takes place virtually and in-person, depending on availability, and is built into every phase of the BOSS Program.
