Elegant Girls of Society was born from a simple yet powerful belief: when girls believe in themselves, they can change everything. Founded by Lakeisha Jackson, EGOS began as a space to uplift young ladies from underserved communities. But what she saw was even greater—girls from all backgrounds, including those with access and privilege, seeking purpose, direction, and connection.

Now, EGOS unites girls from all walks of life in a shared journey of growth, sisterhood, and success. Our signature BOSS Program guides each participant through four powerful pillars—Be You, Own It, Start Smart, and Stay Successful—designed to help them discover who they are, launch their own businesses, and become changemakers in their schools, communities, and beyond.

This isn’t just about business—it’s about belonging. It's about building a generation of young women who know their worth, trust their voice, and aren’t afraid to be the BOSS.
