Meet the Founder

Lakeisha Jackson is a passionate advocate for youth empowerment and personal growth. As the founder of Elegant Girls of Society (EGOS), she has dedicated her life to providing young women with the tools, support, and opportunities to thrive in every aspect of their lives. With a mission to inspire confidence, leadership, and resilience in girls ages 9-20, Lakeisha leads EGOS with a vision of creating a brighter future for the next generation.

With years of experience in mentorship and community building, Lakeisha combines her expertise and compassion to make a lasting impact. Her innovative programs, including Thrive & Shine, EmpowerHer Enterprise, InnovateHer Lab, and more, reflect her unwavering commitment to helping young women succeed academically, personally, and professionally. Lakeisha’s dedication continues to transform lives, one girl at a time.
