This one-of-a-kind program is designed for girls ages 9–20 to embrace who they are, build businesses, and cultivate lifelong success.
The Elegant Girls of Society BOSS Program stands for Be You, Own It, Strategize Smart, and Sustain Success. It’s a 12-month experience blending hands-on business skills, personal development, and real-world application. Each pillar focuses on guiding girls to discover their brilliance, build something meaningful, and sustain it long after the program ends.
This program is inclusive by design—welcoming girls from all backgrounds, whether underserved communities or affluent households. We believe each girl brings unique value, and our mission is to ensure they all rise together.
Unlike traditional programs, we don’t just “talk” leadership—we build it. Girls walk away with actual business plans, community impact projects, and the mindset of a confident, self-led woman.
